Making lemon tea jelly for a tea dessert
Tasting 3 grades of white teas
Pairing barely grass tea with seasonal tea food*
Making Jeju matcha with a lemon tea jelly

*Summer tea food will be Cold Soybean Noodle (콩국수)

※ Depending on the participants, the class will be either conducted in Korean or English.
